marathon+expedition

Whew, really glad that the marathon and the expedition's finally over! It's like train so much for the marathon, and just like that it's over. At least the effort i put in is quite worth it, 5th place in the junior T1 men catagory.

yeah! today's training super fun!! short run coupled with no exercise after, spent the whole time in the water :D taking K1s and K2s also.. shiok!
