Orientation 05:2 Hot: Encore.
orientation 2 so far has been über boring. it's basically a repeat of the orientation on 4th January, with a tour of the school, mass dance etc etc. the only addition was the buying of uniforms.
the new uniform design for CJ is really ugly. it really reminds me of what technicians working at factories wear. especially with the strange fold at the sleeve. i feel that the change in design is really kind of uncalled for. what they should have done to the uniforms were to retain the old design for the guys, and just add the pleat at the back. for girls, they should not have even changed the uniform so that they look exactly like the boys one, just without the pocket, and buttons that are opposite. furthermore, the new material which was supposed to be much better than the old one is so damned hot! my uniform turned from light to dark blue just after 30 minutes of wearing it.
oh well, today, we played more "icebreaker" games. got to know several more people like Li Ting from CGS and Sarah from Whitley, Ashley Frois' godsister. Small world isn't it? it's like almost everyone is connected to one another with links of not more than 5 people on average.
hm, we will know our classes on monday morning. i hope that Brother Paul did consider our appeal to be put back together as a class and gave us what we requested. alright, CIAO!
